  • Recognize and respond to the individual automotive needs of each customer.
  • Provide each customer with a price estimate on diagnosed repair needs.
  • Have customer authorize all work before it is performed.
  • Use only proven, quality parts and supplies.
  • Notify customer if appointment or work will not be completed as scheduled.
  • Provide a detailed invoice.
  • Return replaced parts for customer’s inspection if requested prior to service.
  • Only use industry-recognized repair procedures and guidelines.
  • Recommend corrective repairs, when problems are diagnosed.
  • Recommend preventative maintenance.
  • Provide warranty information on both parts and service.
  • Perform the highest quality repair work possible.
  • Employ and train the most highly skilled technicians available.
  • Exercise reasonable care for the customer’s property while in our possession
  • Resolve customer concerns in a fair and equitable manner.
